“What is closest to my heart is the vision of a healthy, fulfilled, and balanced life. I invest in science and innovation to advance healthy lifespan and health span, with the goal of enabling us all to age naturally while staying vital, happy, and well. A long life is only meaningful if it is also a healthy life. At the same time, I am deeply committed to people and culture. Societies, teams, and companies must be prepared for the challenges ahead. This means fostering collaboration, understanding, and balance – so that the next generation can work efficiently, purposefully, and with true work-life integration. Equally important to me is empowering women and strengthening female leadership. We need diversity in all its forms to remain innovative, resilient, and successful as a society and as organizations. I share these convictions as a keynote speaker, writer, panelist, and social media voice – spreading knowledge, insights, and inspiration, and inviting others to join the dialogue.
